The Zebra ZT510 balances industrial performance and value by combining the proven construction of the 105SLPlus platform with newer management and monitoring capabilities. It is designed for operations that need 24/7 reliability, long service life and the core functions of an industrial 4-inch printer without paying for unnecessary extras.
High-duty-cycle output, rugged metal construction and advanced Link-OS capabilities support manufacturing and transportation or logistics work. A thin-film printhead with E3 Element Energy Equalizer technology, dual media sensors and a backlit display provide the print quality and control expected from Zebra's industrial line.

The package includes:
Order and region note: Zebra states the power cord may or may not be included, depending on how the printer was ordered, and its plug must match the destination country or region.
Link-OS provides insight into printer status and the functions behind the printing process. Its cloud-oriented management tools can handle routing, firmware updates and printer configuration locally or remotely.
Virtual Devices help the ZT510 fit mixed-printer environments without reprogramming formats, while Profile Manager supports centralized configuration. NFC and Print Touch simplify pairing and access to support resources, and Zebra Setup Utilities provides a focused path for single-printer setup.
Document Design tools build customized print solutions from business data, and Device Integration resources help connect Zebra equipment to existing systems. Device Management supports local or global administration, while Developer Tools supply documentation, source code, languages and templates for custom applications.
Web View can connect to and control the printer through its ZPL II web interface in a common browser.
ZebraNet-equipped printers can send alerts to email-enabled wired or wireless devices, helping teams react before an issue becomes extended downtime.
The ZT510 uses Zebra's industrial print mechanisms and internal components to support critical processes around the clock. Consistent print quality and dependable operation are intended to reduce interruptions as production and labeling demands increase.
An all-metal design and rugged construction suit harsh manufacturing and warehouse environments. Sealed dome buttons resist dust, dirt and moisture, while the enclosure is engineered for years of continuous work through temperature changes, debris and rough handling.
The E3 Element Energy Equalizer printhead technology supports consistent thermal output across the print line. Selectable transmissive and reflective sensors work with continuous, die-cut, notched and black-mark media, while automatic calibration uses about two labels when the printer starts or the printhead closes.
The ZT510 is aimed at cost-conscious operations that still need a high duty cycle, rugged reliability and fast processing. It concentrates on essential industrial features, adds Link-OS management capabilities and is ENERGY STAR qualified.
USB, Serial, auto-switching Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth Low Energy are standard. Optional choices include Parallel, 802.11ac wireless with Bluetooth 4.0, USB Host and IPv6, with two communication slots available for supported internal cards.
Field-upgradeable communication, cutter and peel or rewind choices let the ZT510 change with its workflow. The design also supports integration with common device-management software and streamlined software updates through Link-OS applications.
A Cortex A9 800 MHz processor and 512 MB of RAM help move complex graphics through the print pipeline quickly. Dynamic QR codes provide on-demand web support for errors, while onboard sensors, diagnostics and how-to videos guide troubleshooting.
The customizable backlit, multi-line display combines an intuitive menu, easy-to-use keypad and user-programmable password protection. Early Warning Systems can send clean-printhead alerts through the front panel and ZebraLink Alerts.
ZPL and ZPL II provide Zebra label formatting and printer control, and XML-enabled printing allows XML communications for barcode labels. Optional ZBI 2.0 can run stand-alone applications and connect peripherals.
A ZKDU keyboard display supports independent printing tasks.
An optional rewind mechanism can collect a finished roll on a 3-inch core or peel labels while rewinding the liner. A front-mounted guillotine cutter and catch tray support individual labels or strips, with the cutter and rewind/peel systems offered as separate configurations.
Manufacturing workflows include product identification, package labeling, receiving and put-away, and work-in-process labels. The combination of metal construction, 12 ips throughput and selectable media sensing is intended for continuous industrial work.
Transportation and logistics uses include order picking and packing, shipping and receiving, cross-docking and compliance labels. These applications can use the ZT510's network choices and remote-management tools to maintain consistent configurations across work areas.
