The Zebra ZT421 RFID printer/encoder combines the rugged ZT400 Series platform with integrated, factory- or field-installable UHF RFID and a 6.6-inch print path. It supports mid- to high-volume compliance, pallet, shipping, asset and item-level labeling.

A 4.3-inch color touch display, Zebra DNA for Printers and Link-OS simplify operation and remote management. Adaptive Encoding Technology supports variable inlay placement, while 203- and 300-dpi configurations balance throughput and detail.

Print and Encode With Ease

Adaptive Encoding Technology simplifies calibration and supports a minimum 0.6-inch tag pitch. The encoder supports UHF EPC Gen 2 V2.1, ISO/IEC 18000-63 and RAIN RFID.

Large Labels at Production Speed

A 6.6-inch print width supports compliance, pallet, shipping and asset labels, with up to 12 ips output and an optional 300-dpi configuration for finer text and graphics.

A metal frame, metal media enclosure, side-loading supplies path and illuminated guides support demanding production environments. The bi-fold door reduces overhead clearance.
