Two USB Host ports accept devices such as memory sticks, scanners and keyboards. Operators can replicate firmware, files and configurations, transfer or print formats, and connect a scanner and keyboard at the same time without swapping peripherals.

The ZT411 alone in this pair can be configured for Zebra ZeroLiner linerless printing, delivering up to 50% more labels per roll while removing backing-liner waste and roll-change interruptions. The factory linerless model is direct thermal only; a field-installable kit can convert existing ZT411 fleets while retaining the ability to return to thermal-transfer printing.

RFID

RFID configurations support UHF EPC Gen 2 V2.1, ISO/IEC 18000-63 and RAIN RFID tags, with Adaptive Encoding Technology selecting encode settings automatically. An applicator-interface automation kit and the on-metal RFID kit are ZT411-only options; on-metal is not offered on the 600 dpi model.
