The Zebra ZT200 Series delivers the performance of an industrial barcode printer in a space-saving, cost-effective design. Designed with user feedback and Zebra’s legacy engineering, the ZT200 Series simplifies routine operations while maintaining the power needed for high-volume label printing.

The series includes two models to meet different business needs: the value-focused ZT220 and the feature-rich ZT230. Both printers use a compact bi-fold door that requires less clearance, making them ideal for tight workspaces. They support both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing at speeds up to 6 inches per second—ideal for manufacturing, logistics, or inventory management applications.

ZT220 – The ZT220 is built with a high-impact polymer case that balances durability and affordability. With a 300-meter ribbon capacity and a simplified 3-button interface, it's perfect for environments with a single label format, such as shipping or inventory labeling. LED status indicators provide easy-to-read feedback for quick troubleshooting.

ZT230 – Designed for more demanding operations, the ZT230 features an all-metal enclosure and a large 450-meter ribbon capacity for longer print runs and less downtime. A graphical LCD display with an integrated keypad makes configuration and troubleshooting fast and intuitive—perfect for environments where label formats change frequently or downtime needs to be minimized.
