Zebra ZQ511 and ZQ521 mobile printers bring durable, on-demand receipt and label printing to field service, transportation, warehouse and retail workflows. The 3-inch ZQ511 and 4-inch ZQ521 combine direct thermal printing, simple media loading and USB On-The-Go with Bluetooth-only or dual-radio Wi-Fi and Bluetooth configurations.
MIL-STD 810G drop and shock certification, IP54 sealing and tumble testing help these printers keep working through drops, dust, moisture and temperature extremes. Optional linerless, extended-battery and RFID configurations support specialized mobile applications without changing the compact ZQ500 Series operating experience.

Print It All: Receipts, Labels, RFID Tags and Linerless
Print receipts, labels and tags in 3-inch or 4-inch widths. Linerless configurations work with Zebra ZeroLiner media to reduce backing waste and fit more labels on a roll. Separate ZQ511 RFID and ZQ521 RFID configurations print and encode UHF RFID labels on the go.

Over-molding, IP54 sealing and the rugged ZQ500 Series chassis help protect the printer without a case. For harsher work, the optional exoskeleton raises the tested drop height to 10 ft./3 m and the environmental rating to IP65.
On-the-Go Power and Performance
Power Smart Print Technology manages energy for consistent output, while temperature compensation supports sharp printing in hot and cold conditions. The removable 3250 mAh PowerPrecision+ battery supports long shifts, and a 6500 mAh extended battery is available for higher-volume work.
Easy to Operate and Manage
Large buttons, a simple LCD, clamshell media loading and center-loading media guides make everyday operation straightforward, including for gloved users. Zebra DNA for Printers supports setup, integration, security and remote management across deployed printers.
