Load Media Easily

OpenACCESS, color-coded touch points and an updated media path guide operators through quick supply changes. Thermal transfer users can replace 74-meter or 300-meter ribbon with less mess and training than an unguided mechanism.

Engineered for Outstanding Print Quality

Thermal transfer models use a media dancer to maintain quality across speeds and accept either 74-meter or 300-meter ribbon rolls.

Full-width movable reflective and multi-position gap sensors support roll-fed or fan-fold media, die-cut or continuous stock, black marks, tags, receipts and wristbands. Factory- or field-installable dispenser/peeler and cutter modules let the printer adapt without replacement.

Select configurations add a 4.3-inch full-color touch display with guided menus, calibration assistance and troubleshooting animations. Touch display, wireless, battery, linerless, healthcare, RFID and media-handling capabilities depend on the selected configuration. A media-locking cabinet and enclosed power-supply accessory are limited to specific ZD621 configurations and are not represented as standard equipment.
