The included power supply is IEC 60601-1 compliant for use in healthcare facilities. The preferred white housing also makes the healthcare configuration easy to distinguish from standard desktop printer models.

A media dancer helps maintain print quality, and the full-width movable reflective sensor plus multi-position transmissive sensor provide broad media flexibility. Roll-fed or fan-fold labels, tag stock, receipt paper and wristbands are supported, with optional cutter and dispenser/peeler handling available.
