Zebra Z-Select 4000T Removable pairs a bright white, smooth topcoated paper facestock with a removable acrylic adhesive. The current 4 × 6 in case contains four perforated rolls with 1,000 labels per roll. Use a compatible thermal transfer ribbon and confirm the selected printer supports the 3 in core, 8 in outside diameter and 4 in label width.

The material sheet describes an ultra-smooth topcoated facestock and removable acrylic adhesive for packaging and work-in-process labels. Its adhesive meets FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact; qualify the complete label and package for the intended food-labeling use.

Test the finished label for its setting
Zebra describes excellent high-speed print quality but gives no exact numeric speed for this removable material. Its sheet does not recommend outdoor use. For moisture and chemical exposure, resistance depends on the selected ribbon and application; use the detailed Product Specifications to plan testing.
