Bright white paper tags for industrial thermal transfer printing

Zebra Z-Perform 1000T 7.5 mil stock is smooth, uncoated paper tag media for thermal transfer printing. The three available case formats differ in tag size, package form and count. Select the exact SKU for the needed sensing and perforation pattern; use a compatible ribbon and confirm printer capacity for the 3 in core and 8 in outside diameter of roll formats.

General-Purpose Ticketing

Uncoated paper for indoor workflows

Zebra lists retail hang tags, general-purpose tickets and work-in-process tagging as suggested uses. Its sheet recommends printing at up to 4 in per second and does not recommend this paper tag for outdoor use. Test the finished tag in the intended setting.

Format and Sensing

Printer sensing and tag size

All three formats have perforation between tags and side sensing notches. The 3 × 1.25 in 67251 also has a left-centered hole and right vertical perforation. The 3.25 × 7.375 in 67850 is fanfold; 65156 and 67251 are rolls. Check the selected format and width against the printer and sensor setup.
