The WT6400 delivers a 4.7-inch display with approximately twice the viewing area of the WT6300 while maintaining a compact wearable footprint. Its profile is roughly one-third lower and the center of gravity sits closer to the arm, reducing protrusion and helping the computer feel stable during repetitive picking, sorting and material movement.

Choose the 3,500 mAh standard battery, a 5,000 mAh extended battery or an appropriate freezer battery for the intended environment. Hot-swap support keeps the current session active during a battery exchange, and self-cleaning battery contacts help resist debris that can interfere with charging.

The integrated 13 MP camera is positioned at a 22-degree angle so workers can aim naturally while the computer remains on the wrist. It supports proof-of-condition photos, exception documentation and other visual workflows without requiring a separate handheld device.

The standard model emphasizes touchscreen interaction, while the keypad configuration combines touch controls with physical keys for input from either hand and with gloves. Zebra made the keypad model nearly 20% narrower than comparable predecessor layouts to preserve mobility in tight work areas.
Add the wearable scanner of your choice
Supported RS4000 and RS5000 corded scanners can be connected for operations that prefer a tethered capture device. Scanner range, ruggedness and environmental rating vary by scanner, so the ring scanner should be selected for the barcode distance and work area.

Wi-Fi™ you can count on
Wi-Fi 6E adds capacity and access to the 6 GHz band on compatible networks, helping time-sensitive voice and data applications perform in dense facilities. Zebra Wireless Fusion features are designed to improve roaming and connection consistency as workers move between access points. The WT6400 supports Zebra RS2100, RS5100 and RS6100 Bluetooth wearable scanners. The RS6100 can capture supported barcodes from near contact to as far as 40 ft. and is available in freezer-ready configurations, while NFC simplifies pairing with compatible models.

Zebra specifies 40% recycled plastic in selected plastic content, 22% recycled glass in the display glass composition and packaging that is 90% biodegradable. These are product-design attributes rather than a guarantee about local recycling availability or end-of-life recovery.

The WT6400 supports order picking, sortation, putaway, receiving, replenishment, inventory and loading tasks where both hands need to stay on products and containers. Display, keypad, scanner and battery choices allow one platform to cover standard, scan-intensive and cold-storage assignments.
Manufacturing and cold-chain work
Freezer-rated configurations and compatible wearable scanners extend hands-free applications into cold rooms, while the camera supports quality and exception documentation in supported environments. Freezer capability belongs to the appropriate computer, battery and scanner combination and should not be inferred from a standard WT6400.
