The Zebra WS501 combines enterprise mobile applications, 1D/2D barcode scanning and voice features in one hands-free device. Two-finger and back-of-hand configurations keep the display and imager close to the worker for picking, putaway, receiving, loading and other repetitive capture tasks.

All-in-one hands-free productivity
No separate host computer required
The WS501 runs Android applications and captures barcodes without pairing to another mobile computer. Its SE4770 imager reads supported 1D and 2D codes, including damaged, poorly printed and moving barcodes, while Zebra software can support multi-barcode workflows.
Choose the wearing style
Two-finger and back-of-hand configurations position the screen, scanner and trigger for different movement patterns. Verify the exact mount and trigger assembly included with the selected option.
Connected for demanding applications
Modern wireless performance
Wi-Fi 6 supports roaming and application traffic on compatible enterprise networks. Bluetooth 5.3 connects approved headsets, printers and peripherals, while NFC assists supported pairing and setup workflows.
Full-shift power and communication
The hot-swappable battery preserves the active session during replacement. Speaker, microphone and two programmable buttons support alerts, application shortcuts and compatible push-to-talk software.
Rugged and serviceable
IP65 sealing, 6 ft. drop protection and 2,000 tumbles help the WS501 withstand daily warehouse and manufacturing use. A replaceable front shell protects the display and scan window, while Zebra DataWedge, LifeGuard and management tools support deployment, security and troubleshooting.
