Optical fingerprint capture for desktop authentication
The U.are.U 4500 captures fingerprint images for compatible DigitalPersona authentication software and SDK applications. Its silicone-coated optical surface accommodates dry, moist and rough fingerprints, while a weighted metal case helps keep the reader in place.
The reader captures and encrypts fingerprint images before sending them to the host for verification. Biometric software or application integration is required.
