The TSC TH240/DH240 Series brings direct thermal and thermal-transfer printing together on one compact desktop platform for shipping, retail, food service, warehouse, and product-labeling workflows. Choose ribbon-free DH models or TH models that support both direct thermal and long-run thermal-transfer media.

Designed to fit existing operations

Simplified deployment

Automatic printer-language emulation helps the TH240/DH240 Series work with established label formats. USB, USB Host, serial, and Ethernet connectivity are available on core configurations, with wireless options offered on selected models.

Tools for uptime

Remote monitoring and management support includes the embedded web interface, virtual control panel, TSC Console, TSC Console Web, and SOTI Connect. Toolless printhead and platen-roller replacement helps simplify routine service.

Precise media handling

A stabilizing media damper and adjustable print controls support small, long, thick, and application-specific labels. Optional narrow-media adapters extend support down to 10 mm media.
