The Zebra TC201 advances the TC2 Series with faster application performance, a rugged 6-inch form factor and enterprise security for retail, field service, transportation and warehouse teams.

Choose Wi-Fi 7 or 5G/Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, SR500 standard-range or AC670 advanced-range scanning, 6 GB/64 GB or 8 GB/128 GB memory, and standard, extended or supported hot-swap battery configurations.

Next generation power, durability and security

The TC201 supports simultaneous frontline applications with LPDDR5 memory and UFS storage. LifeGuard for Android helps keep operating systems current, while select Secure Element configurations protect sensitive data and support higher-security deployments.

Gorilla Glass protects the display and scanner window. IP65/IP68 sealing, subzero operation and drop/tumble ratings support indoor and outdoor work, with an optional rugged boot for added protection.

More ways to automate data capture

The SR500 handles everyday 1D/2D barcode capture. The AC670 reads barcodes at distances up to 100 ft. and can capture high-resolution color images, reducing the need to bend, climb or carry a second device.

All listed North American configurations include a dedicated scan engine. Option filters identify scanner, connectivity, memory, back I/O, battery and Secure Element differences.

All the fastest wireless networks

Wi-Fi 7 provides high-capacity indoor connectivity, while WWAN configurations add 5G Release 17, private 5G and CBRS support where available. Bluetooth 6.0 supports modern peripherals with improved range, speed and efficiency.

The Zebra difference—more value, more productivity

Zebra DNA tools support staging, security, device management, data capture and collaboration. Many TC22/TC27 batteries and charging accessories are backward compatible; confirm the exact accessory and selected TC201 back-I/O configuration before ordering.
