Physical keys and flexible scanning for demanding warehouse work

The Datalogic Skorpio X5 pairs a 4.3-inch touchscreen with a backlit keyboard for inventory, picking and receiving. Choose a handheld or pistol-grip configuration, then match the keypad and scan engine to the distances and labels your team handles.

Scan engine choices range from linear 1D scanning to extra-long-range 2D imaging. Hot-swappable batteries and a choice of contact or wireless charging help support shared devices across shifts.

In the Box

  • Computer-only models: selected computer, battery and documentation; handhelds include a hand strap and lower bridge, while pistol models include a lanyard.
  • 943500057 handheld / 943500058 pistol kits: computer, 94A150107 contact charging dock, 91ACC0048 power supply, 94ACC0323 protective boot and 94ACC0050 holster.

Kits require a separately purchased country-specific AC cord; use 95ACC1113 for the US. Docks, power supplies and USB cables are sold separately for computer-only models. Match contact or wireless docks to the selected computer.

Scanning from close range to high shelves

Choose 1D for linear labels, standard-range 2D for everyday scanning, or mid-range and XLR imaging for greater reach. XLR can read selected large barcodes at up to 20 m; actual range depends on barcode size, condition and lighting.

Built for repeated handling

IP65 sealing and repeated 1.8 m drop resistance support busy warehouse and shop-floor work. The glove-compatible touchscreen and physical keys give operators two ways to enter data, while interchangeable batteries keep charging separate from the working device.
