Three 4 × 6-inch shipping label kits, each with a printer and Zebra direct thermal labels.

Choose the ZT111 for light-industrial printing and wired network sharing, the ZD220 for a compact USB desktop setup, or the Custom D4 102 for a USB desktop printer that also supports thermal transfer when paired with separate ribbon and compatible media. Each kit includes the exact label case shown below.

All three printers print the included 4 × 6-inch direct thermal labels without ribbon. Printer size, speed, connection options, and case quantity vary by kit.

The label quantities are per kit. For extra labels, choose 10000301 (3-in. core) for Heavy Duty or 10010034 (1-in. core) for Preferred and Value. The 3-in.-core case does not fit the two desktop printers.

Industrial printing option

The ZT111 kit pairs a 203 dpi light-industrial printer with a 4,000-label case. Its included printer has USB, serial, and Ethernet connections.

Desktop printing options

The ZD220 and D4 102 kits each pair a USB desktop printer with a 2,580-label case. The D4 102 also supports thermal transfer printing when separately supplied with ribbon and suitable media.

Direct thermal with the included labels. Custom D4 102 also supports thermal transfer with separately purchased ribbon and compatible media.

203 dpi on ZT11142-D01000FZ, ZD22042-D01G00EZ, and 911MK010100233.
Maximum print width
4.09 in. (104 mm) on all three included printer configurations.
Print speed
ZT111: up to 10 ips; ZD220: 4 ips; Custom D4 102: 5 ips.
Media handling
Included labels are 4 x 6 in. direct thermal. Heavy Duty: 10000301, 4 rolls x 1,000 labels, 3-in. core. Preferred and Value: 10010034, 6 rolls x 430 labels, 1-in. core. No ribbon needed for included labels.

ZT111: USB, serial, Ethernet. ZD220: USB. Custom D4 102 (911MK010100233): USB.
