The RS6100 is a compact, lightweight wearable scanner with a multi-focus engine that captures 1D and 2D barcodes from close range to the top shelf of a rack 40 ft / 12.2 m away. It reads scratched, dirty, poorly printed and shrink-wrapped codes across demanding warehouse and dock environments.
Five interchangeable wearing styles help fit different users and tasks. Choose cordless operation with standard or extended removable batteries or battery-free corded operation, and reuse many RS5100 trigger assemblies, batteries and mounts when upgrading.

The RS6100 is less than half the size and weight of the RS6000, weighing just over two ounces with a volume of roughly two cubic inches.
Cordless or corded — it’s your choice
Pair with supported Bluetooth Zebra mobile computers or compatible Bluetooth phones, tablets and PCs. Optional corded adapters power the scanner from select Zebra wearable and handheld computers.
Five interchangeable wearing styles
Enterprise hand, single-finger, double-trigger, back-of-hand and retracting-lanyard choices let users match the scanner to the task. Interchangeable mounts and adjustable positions improve comfort for scan-intensive work.

NFC allows a worker to tap the RS6100 to a supported Zebra device without scanning a pairing barcode or navigating Bluetooth settings.
Direct users with programmable line-of-sight LEDs
Programmable LEDs on the back of the scanner can confirm successful scans, indicate exceptions and guide workers through item-picking workflows.
Prevent the spread of germs with personal trigger assemblies
A modular two-piece design separates the trigger from the scanner body, allowing each worker to keep a personal trigger assembly while scanner bodies remain shared.

Standard and extended PowerPrecision+ batteries can be exchanged rather than taking the scanner out of service. PowerPrecision Console helps identify batteries that can no longer support a full shift.
