The Zebra PS30 Personal Shopper connects shoppers with digital lists, promotions, product information and in-store navigation while enabling them to scan and bag items as they shop.
Its ergonomic single-button design, large display and retail-ready scanning are designed for intuitive customer use. PS30 Plus configurations add advanced locationing and NFC capabilities, including support for contactless interactions.

The standard package includes:
The PS30 is intended for grocery, mass-merchandise and other self-scan environments where shoppers need lists, product information, directions, promotions and assistance in hand. Advanced locationing and NFC features are specific to PS30 Plus configurations and should not be assumed on the base model.
A 4 ft. drop rating, tumble testing and chemically resistant housing materials help the PS30 withstand shared daily use. Gorilla Glass protects the display and imager window, while dirt-resistant charging contacts reduce maintenance at the cradle.
The unibody housing, large dedicated scan button and clear haptic feedback make the PS30 approachable for first-time users. Its 4.7-inch display is approximately one-third larger than the PS20 display, providing more room for lists, maps, product information and assistance screens.
Shoppers can scan and bag products as they move through the store, check prices and totals, and request virtual or live help from the device. Retailer and payment-provider integration can support a tap-to-pay journey that bypasses a traditional checkout lane; NFC payment functions require a PS30 Plus configuration and compatible payment services. The enterprise imager can automatically capture printed or electronic barcodes when the device is presented in the supported hands-free orientation. It is designed to handle poorly printed, damaged or difficult retail codes, helping customers avoid repeated scan attempts.

The PS30 can associate a shopper with loyalty data, digital shopping lists, dietary preferences and relevant coupons when integrated with the retailer's applications. Customers can unlock a device by scanning a loyalty code at a CC6000 kiosk or, where configured, by using NFC, a supported card or a mobile wallet at the cradle.
PS30 Plus models support Zebra's infrastructure-free location technology for turn-by-turn guidance, contextual promotions and device locating without a separate beacon deployment. Zebra reports an average basket-size increase of 10% in the referenced customer results, but actual results depend on the retailer's application, merchandising and deployment. Retail applications can present aisle-level directions, surface coupons near relevant products and help shoppers find an associate. The same location data can support traffic analysis, merchandising decisions and labor planning when combined with the retailer's software and analytics.
An integrated speaker and microphone support voice assistance and communication with store staff through the retailer's application. The bright housing is easy to spot, and retailers can add branding so shoppers can quickly identify the device and service.
PowerPrecision+ batteries expose health and state-of-charge information to supported management tools so teams can retire aging batteries before they interrupt a shopping trip. Optional Device Tracker software can help locate misplaced units, and an electronic article surveillance tag can be fitted to discourage devices from leaving the store.
The PS30 is backward compatible with supported Zebra Personal Shopper charging infrastructure, protecting selected investments from earlier deployments. Self-provisioning cradles and centralized Zebra DNA tools can simplify staging large fleets, subject to the selected cradle and software configuration. Wi-Fi 6E provides modern enterprise wireless capacity when paired with compatible access points, while Bluetooth 5.3 supports approved peripherals.

Mobility DNA capabilities support deployment, security, troubleshooting and ongoing control of the retail fleet. Zebra OneCare service plans are available for repair and support, helping retailers plan for device uptime across multi-store rollouts.
