The Star Micronics NLS-FM3280 is a compact fixed-mount scanner for hands-free, customer-facing self-service. Its 1280 x 1088 CMOS imager reads common 1D, 2D and postal codes from printed labels and mobile screens, including high-density and low-quality symbols.
A wide field of view, soft illumination and automatic infrared/light triggering support intuitive close-range presentation scanning. USB and RS-232 interfaces simplify integration into retail checkout, ticketing, parking, hospitality and library kiosks.
