Android POS across three Full HD screen sizes

The Touch Dynamic Nexus Android family pairs MediaTek processing with Android 13 and Google Mobile Services. The listed 11.6-inch, 15.6-inch and 21.5-inch configurations provide Full HD PCAP touchscreens, wireless connectivity and model-specific base and peripheral packages.

Current NXC-/NXA-/NXB-MBC configurations: 8GB DDR4. Retained older MSR configuration: 4GB DDR4; see selected option.

Current MBC configurations: 128GB eMMC. Retained older MSR configuration: 64GB eMMC.
Operating System
Android 13 with Google Mobile Services in the listed exact configurations. New Android 15 hardware uses separate part numbers; no version substitution is implied.

4 × USB 2.0; 1 × USB-C 3.0 with video and power delivery, per Android family sheet.
