Fast checkout scanning in a compact vertical design

The Datalogic Magellan 3600VSi reads printed and mobile-screen 1D and 2D barcodes at attended checkouts, self-service stations and kiosks. GS1 Digital Link, Digimarc and OCR support help retailers work with newer identification and product-data applications.

Choose the 3610VSi for barcode scanning, the 3650VSi for added color image capture, or the 3670VSi for color video. RFID is available only on designated 3650VSi and 3670VSi configurations.

Reading distance varies with barcode size, print quality, angle and lighting. USB auxiliary-device and RFID operation require suitable 12 V power or 9–12 V USB-C Power Delivery on equipped models.

Cableless models require separately purchased connection and power accessories. Powered-USB packages need a compatible host. Color video is a 3670VSi feature; North American RFID is included only on the two models explicitly labeled NA RFID. Images and video may show optional equipment.

Capture more than a barcode

Color image capture on 3650VSi and 3670VSi models supports document and loyalty workflows. The 3670VSi adds a 1280 × 800 color video camera for recording or external AI applications. Optional RFID and supported EAS integrations extend checkout tracking and loss-prevention capabilities.

Manage scanners across your checkout fleet

Use Aladdin for configuration and supported remote tools for diagnostics and software updates. OPOS, JavaPOS and Android integration options support different host environments. Without an auxiliary handheld attached, nominal scanner power consumption is 1.2 W.

Auxiliary Scanner Power
