The Zebra KC401 is a compact 10.1-inch Android kiosk for price checks, loyalty, ticketing, access, returns, check-in and employee workflows. A bright touch display, programmable LED light bars, NFC and optional enterprise scanning make each interaction clear and responsive.

Designed as a drop-in upgrade for Zebra CC6000 installations, the KC401 supports portrait or landscape use, VESA mounting, Wi-Fi 7, Gigabit Ethernet and PoE+ for flexible deployment with less infrastructure change.

The standard package is device-only. Scan module, mount, DC power supply and country-specific AC line cord are sold separately unless the selected option explicitly states they are included. PoE+ can replace the DC power supply when the network meets KC401 requirements.

The bright touch display and programmable multi-color light bars help customers and workers move through tasks. NFC supports compatible loyalty, ticket, access and wallet interactions, including Apple VAS and Google Smart Tap; unattended SoftPOS is not supported.

Choose the scan angle for the workflow

Optional field-installable SR500 modules capture 1D and 2D barcodes. Choose +25-degree, 0-degree or -25-degree scanning for front-facing, under-device or behind-device presentation in either orientation.

Upgrade existing CC6000 locations

The KC401 is designed to reuse compatible CC6000 cabinetry, mounting hardware and infrastructure. VESA mounting, PoE+, Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 support walls, poles, counters and cabinetry without forcing one installation approach.

IP65 sealing and scratch-resistant 9H touch glass support frequent use and cleaning. Zebra DNA tools simplify setup, security and management, while Workcloud Sync, LifeGuard and optional Zebra OneCare services can extend assistance, update control and device protection.
