The HC2X/HC5X family combines a disinfectant-ready housing, dedicated alert button and enterprise Android management in a pocketable design. Choose Wi-Fi-only HC20/HC50 models for facility use or cellular HC25/HC55 models for mobile care and field workflows.
HC20/HC25 configurations provide essential camera-based capture and Zebra DNA Professional software. HC50/HC55 models add an integrated SE4720 scan engine, more memory, a front camera, true hot-swap battery support and Zebra DNA Enterprise features.

Dedicated alert button
The red rear alert button can call a configured number or launch an emergency application. Administrators can set the activation behavior to reduce accidental alerts.
Capture for each workflow
Camera-only HC20/HC25 models suit general communications, documentation and lighter scanning. HC50/HC55 configurations add the SE4720 scan engine for frequent patient, medication, specimen and asset barcode capture.
Shared accessory platform
Compatible batteries, cradles, chargers, carry accessories and screen protection support the full family. Confirm the complete US power chain for each selected charger or cradle.
Communications and management
Enterprise voice, push-to-talk, Wi-Fi and optional cellular connectivity support communication across facilities and mobile-care environments. StageNow, LifeGuard and Zebra DNA tools help IT enroll, secure and manage the fleet; some capabilities require Zebra DNA Enterprise licensing.
