A standard driver install is typically a 15-minute process. If the install requires deeper troubleshooting beyond a normal driver setup, we will either:
Networking, domain, group policy, and broader IT environment issues are outside the scope of the Printer Install service. In those cases, we can refund the install fee or continue under standard troubleshooting support.
