The Datalogic Gryphon 4600 reads printed labels, mobile-screen codes and compact barcodes for retail, healthcare and light manufacturing. High-performance models use dual sensors for greater reading reach; the GD4620 high-density model uses a single 1.5-megapixel sensor.

A green cross aimer helps target the label, while Green Spot confirms a successful read directly on the barcode. Choose a corded scanner, Bluetooth, or Datalogic STAR cordless radio. Cordless kits offer inductive charging with a rechargeable battery or a battery-free SuperCap pack.

External power supplies and AC cords are sold separately. USB host power can charge cordless kits; the faster published charging times require 12 V external power. Use the 8-0935 adapter with a regional cord such as 6003-0941 for the US. The separate MC-GM45 four-slot battery charger requires 90ACC0350 and a regional AC cord.

Selectable warm-white or red illumination adapts to different labels and surfaces. The green aimer, Green Spot and audible feedback help operators confirm each scan, while improved decoding handles damaged, distorted and reflective codes.

Designed for repeated daily use

Cordless inductive charging eliminates exposed charging contacts. White healthcare models add disinfectant-ready enclosures with antimicrobial additives tested to ISO 22196. Reader and base plastics use more than 70% recycled content as part of Datalogic’s ecodesign approach.
