Extreme Range, One Scanner

The DS3678-XR captures barcodes from under 2 inches to beyond 105 feet. PRZM Intelligent Imaging reads 1D, 2D, paper and mobile symbols, including scratched, dirty, poorly printed, dense, frosted and shrink-wrapped labels.

IntelliFocus automatically optimizes across the full range. The green crosshair laser is up to seven times more visible than a red aiming dot and remains visible throughout the indoor decode range and up to 10 feet in direct sunlight.

Ultra-Rugged Construction

The scanner survives 10-foot drops at room temperature and 7,500 tumbles. Dual IP65/IP68 sealing protects against dust, jetting water and immersion across extreme heat, cold and humidity.

Vibration, wraparound LEDs, a beeper and Direct Decode Indicator provide flexible confirmation in loud, dark or visually busy environments.

Faster Industrial Workflows

Label Parse+ extracts GS1 expiration, lot and manufacturing fields. Multi-Code Data Formatting captures up to 20 barcodes and transmits only required values in sequence, while Preferred Symbol isolates one barcode from a pick list.

Cordless Shift Power

The DS3678-XR supports more than 80,000 scans or at least 23 hours of continuous work per charge. PowerPrecision+ reports battery health; the scanner shows battery and Bluetooth status. AutoConfig applies host settings when the scanner pairs with another base, Virtual Tether helps prevent loss, and Wi-Fi Friendly Mode limits Bluetooth interference.

Connect and Manage

Network Connect for Automation links directly to Industrial Ethernet without third-party conversion. 123Scan builds configuration barcodes, Zebra Remote Management updates host-connected fleets, Remote Diagnostics records health and barcode evidence, and IoT Connector routes data to a selected endpoint.

Protection Options

Optional Zebra OneCare plans can add accidental-damage and wear coverage, with battery protection available for eligible deployments.
