Ultra-versatile with a first-of-its-kind convertible design
The CS60 Series Companion Scanner converts between corded and cordless operation and between handheld and hands-free use as workflows change. In cordless mode it is pocketable and supports contactless charging; in corded mode it provides compact scanning for checkout counters, self-service kiosks and other fixed work areas.
A battery or corded USB converter can be swapped at any time, protecting the original investment as devices are reassigned. Zebra's scanning technology and Zebra DNA tools simplify capture, deployment and management.

Adapts to Any Workflow
Swap the battery and corded USB converter to use the CS6080 as a cordless companion, corded handheld or corded presentation scanner. An optional stand switches automatically between hands-free and handheld modes.
A megapixel sensor and PRZM Intelligent Imaging capture damaged, low-contrast, glossy and electronic symbols. A second programmable button can route scans between two host applications with the required format.
Clean, Durable Design
Monocoque construction, inductive touch buttons and contactless charging create a crevice-free exterior that is easy to clean. The scanner carries IP65 sealing and a 6-foot drop rating for stockrooms, receiving and customer-facing work.
Cutting-Edge Mobility
Zebra inductive charging provides the fastest charge, while standard Qi pads are supported. NFC tap-to-pair speeds Bluetooth setup. The replaceable battery supports up to 18 hours, with a dedicated gauge and single- or four-slot scanner and battery chargers, including ShareCradle options.
Class 1 Bluetooth 5.0 reaches up to 330 feet under suitable conditions. Wi-Fi Friendly Mode limits interference, while Virtual Tether and cradle paging help prevent misplaced devices.
Pocketable and Wearable
The cordless CS6080 fits in a hand or pocket and supports an optional lanyard and silicone protector for all-shift use. Exact battery, USB converter, stand and charging components depend on the selected option or kit.
Faster Data Capture
Label Parse+ structures GS1 expiration, lot and manufacturing fields. Multi-Code Data Formatting captures several barcodes in one trigger pull, and Preferred Symbol isolates the intended code. LEDs, haptics, adjustable tones and Direct Decode Indicator provide flexible confirmation.
Configure and Manage
AutoConfig applies cradle-stored settings when a scanner changes workflows. Remote Diagnostics records asset, health, configuration, statistics and barcode evidence for troubleshooting, verification and fleet analysis.
