Citizen CL-S400DT Ticketing Printer

The Citizen CL-S400DT is a compact direct thermal printer for boarding passes, swing tags, festival and concert tickets, and everyday labels. It accommodates roll or fanfold stock, with a Hi-Lift metal mechanism and vertically opening Hi-Open case for straightforward loading.
Citizen’s user manual provides selectable speeds up to 6 inches per second. The current US data sheet lists up to 8 inches per second; confirm the required speed for the selected configuration. Standard USB and serial connections are included, with network connectivity on selected configurations. The two-color LCD simplifies setup and alerts the operator to errors; the integrated ENERGY STAR power supply and sleep/standby functions support efficient desktop operation.

Fanfold Tickets or Roll Media
The CL-S400DT handles fanfold tickets as well as rolls of labels, tags and receipts. Its Hi-Lift mechanism opens wide for loading the different media used in ticketing and desktop labeling.
Two-Color LCD with Error Alerts
The LCD makes printer setup and status visible at the machine. Its backlight changes to red when an error needs attention, helping operators identify a printing interruption.
