The Star Micronics BSH-20U is a corded handheld area imager for fast, accurate capture of 1D barcodes, 2D codes, and QR codes on paper, uneven media, and screens. USB plug-and-play connectivity makes it a practical fit for checkout, inventory, order management, hospitality, and customer-service stations.
Its high-performance processor handles dense, high-volume, and distorted codes. Five scan modes, an included smart stand, IP42 sealing, and a 1.2 m drop rating support dependable daily use.
