ER/24 Coverage may be sold in conjunction with a new printer sale (or within 30 days of a new printer sale). Printers that have ER/24 coverage will be replaced with an identical printer if the original printer has a failure due to defects in materials or workmanship. The replacement printer will be shipped from the Datamax Factory within 1 (one) business day of notification of failure.
