This Product Has Been Discontinued
Value: 3/3

The Honeywell PC42d picks up where the PC42t leaves off. While this printer will only do Direct Thermal printing (no ribbon), the rest of the features more than make up for the limitation on media usage. Without much issue, this printer will auto-calibrate to the labels placed in it, features a built-in Ethernet port on a machine under $300, which is hard to find, and Windows 10 will load drivers immediately without any extra driver downloads.

Performance: 2/3

While this printer is full on features, it does lack the versatility of a model that could do both Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer printing, making it able to handle almost any job. It is also a bit slower of a printer than other models. These items, combined with a single DPI option (203) keep the performance down just slightly, but nothing that would ruin a day´s work or cause workflow issues.

Features: 3/3

Perfect for any standard desktop environment, this smaller form-factor printer will have what you need to get your small-to-mid sized jobs done quickly and easily, with features such as:

  • Direct Thermal - printing lasts up to 1 year, no ribbon required
  • 203 dpi
  • Prints up to 4" wide
  • Available in 1" Core or 1.5" Core Label Size
  • USB Standard, Serial and Ethernet Interfaces Available
  • 1 Year Warranty
