As a contact scanner, the MS250 can read barcodes from up to a couple inches away, ideal for most 1D barcodes you may encounter. The scanner can read barcodes as small as 3 mil, such as those you see on computer parts. An optimal scanning speed of 200 scans per second ensures quick and accurate reads every time.

Unitech built the MS250 to handle general use with ease. Lightweight and lacking moving parts, the scanner is sturdy enough to withstand five-foot drops to concrete, such as an accidental knock off a counter. The MS250 is available with your choice of USB, PS/2 Keyboard wedge, and RS-232 serial interfaces, giving you support for legacy installations as well as modern PCs.
